By accessing or using Dog Waste Directory ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

Dog Waste Directory is an online marketplace that connects dog owners with local dog waste removal (pooper scooper) providers. We provide the platform for discovery and communication. We are not a party to any agreement made between dog owners and providers, and we do not perform waste removal services ourselves.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Provider Listings

• Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, service areas, and pricing.
• New and claimed listings may be reviewed and approved before appearing publicly. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion.
• Providers are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the services they offer.

5. Quotes and Transactions

Quote requests submitted through the Service are shared with the relevant providers. Any agreement, scheduling, service, or payment for waste removal is strictly between the dog owner and the provider. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or conduct of any user or provider.

6. Paid Listings and Subscriptions

Providers may purchase paid listing tiers or subscriptions. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Subscription fees are billed on the stated recurring basis. Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel a subscription at any time, and it will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Harvest or misuse other users' information.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, that providers are available, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dog Waste Directory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any interaction or transaction between dog owners and providers.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
